Dear Friends,
This morning, during our regular Zoom call with Mission Possible team members from Finland, the Netherlands, Sweden, and Bulgaria, we were also joined by some Mission Possible field workers. These calls are a vital part of how we stay closely connected to what’s happening on the ground—and today, a few prayer needs came up that we’d love to share with you.
In all our countries of operation, summer camps are getting underway. Our teams have been preparing for months, and over the next two months, hundreds of children will walk through our doors. These camps are filled with laughter, games, and fun—but more than that, they are often pivotal in shaping a young life. Please pray with us:
- For successful, safe, and joy-filled camps
- For strength, health, and encouragement for our teams
- And most of all, that each child would encounter and draw closer to Jesus, who is at the very center of all we do
We also want to share another prayer request—one of a more sensitive nature. While we can’t share many details for privacy reasons, we ask that you lift up in prayer a young man who just today expressed a desire to know more about Jesus. He has been reading the Bible and is being supported by members of our team who have been praying for him for some time.
This step is especially significant because it goes against the cultural and religious background he has grown up in. Although he has love and respect for his family, this journey may not be easy. Thankfully, he is not entirely alone—there is another believer in his family who is a source of encouragement. Please pray for:
- Courage and clarity for this young man
- Wisdom and compassion for our team as they walk alongside him
- For God’s protection and presence to be very near as he takes these first steps of faith.
