Equipping the Church - What's happening in Mission Possible!

Only the Church Can Bring Lasting Change on the Mission Fields — But It Needs Help in Its Task.
For more than 50 years, Mission Possible’s vision and mission strategy has been to support the churches of Eastern Europe, following Ephesians 4:12:
“to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ.”

In the beginning, we brought Bibles to churches and helped the families of imprisoned pastors. Since then, we have been able, in many ways, to help churches grow — both in size and in the quality of their ministry.

Putting Ministry into Action: How We Equip the Church

  • We help establish new churches and build or repair their facilities.
  • We maintain shelters and programs that local churches could not organize on their own. Through these, new people come to the church, and members learn new ways to serve.
  • We provide training for church workers and members.
  • We encourage churches and help design new programs and projects.
  • We supply materials that support church members and can be used to reach new people.
