“God Led Us to This Work.”

If you visit Mission Possible’s activity center in Dobromirka, Bulgaria, Valentin and Emilia Hristov, our friendly hosts, will welcome you. For them, the center is both a workplace and a home. Previously living in the capital city, Sofia, they both had good jobs and a comfortable life. They felt, however, an aching in their hearts as they both longed for spiritual ministry.

Their dream came true when we offered them work as the host family of our Dobromirka center. Valentin and Emilia prayed about it and were assured this was the place God was leading them. They’ve now served as hosts for more than seven years, keeping the building in good condition but taking care especially of what happens within its walls:

“We are taking care of the house and the people who come here. It has been a great pleasure for us. We ensure everyone is comfortable, the rooms are clean, and the food is homemade and delicious,” Emilia declared. 

In addition to hosting, both are involved in MP’s Baby Box project, and Emilia organizes our vocational training program for young people in the slums.

God provides the resources for His work and puts people in the right places. With hearts that seek Him and His will, He shares His dreams and invites people to participate in making them come true. You can be used to bless others.

The Dobromirka Activity Center in Bulgaria: A Fulfillment of Grand Dreams!

Our activity center in the village of Dobromirka, Bulgaria, is a base for training seminars and camps and serves as the hub for our Baby Box project. It is also rented out by local churches for use.

Two years ago, a much-needed meeting hall was completed. It was a true miracle from God and the fulfillment of a ten-year dream! A Mission Possible donor introduced us to a foundation who then donated the needed funds! This isn’t the first “building miracle” we’ve witnessed. In the past, when we’ve needed new facilities that would have been overwhelming for us to fund and construct, the resources were made available.
