The family is an integral unit in every society. The well-being of families significantly impacts the future of entire nations!
A family provides children with their foundation for life – whether positive or negative.
A childhood home can be a great blessing, or its problems and dangers can draw a child into a life of dysfunction.
Families are preyed upon by both external and internal threats. War, oppression, difficult circumstances, unemployment, and homelessness leave their marks on both the children and adults within a family. Domestic issues – substance abuse, mental health problems, violence, and illness – can lead to depression, fear, and anxiety while inhibiting children’s safety, growth, and development.
Every day our team members witness the problems families face and seek solutions for them.
When God opens our hearts to see others’ needs, He shows us ways to help meet them.
