2021 Impact Report: Behind every number, there is a story.
Mission Possible has four main avenues of ministry in our countries of operation:
- Shelter homes
- Help for families in crisis
- Baby Boxes
- Training and instruction.
Through these projects, we share the gospel, which is the primary goal of our work!
Below is a summary of the 2021 figures.:
Behind every number, there is a story:
– A child rescued from a horrendous situation and brought to the shelter home; a homeless family who received help; a desperate mother of a newborn to whom our team brought hope…hundreds of such stories.
Mission accomplished:
Four years in MP's shelter home changed Maxim's life!
In our ministry, we face challenges that are impossible by human capabilities. The circumstances and situations of the children and families we help are often very complicated.
You can imagine how wonderful it is to see when a great work takes place in someone’s life!
Four years ago 15 year-old Maxim arrived at our shelter.
The young man had grown up with abusive alcoholic parents in a one-room dwelling.
Maxim’s eyes were crossed and he had been ruthlessly bullied at school.
When he first arrived he was quiet and avoided others. We had him undergo surgery to correct his eyes and assisted him in completing school.
He earned high grades and was accepted to a technical college, where he is now studying while simultaneously working to fund his higher education. He has a place to live and looks to the future with anticipation and confidence.
The boy who came to us broken, depressed, and discouraged has become happy, driven, and hopeful about his life.
Our mission in this boy’s life has been completed! By God’s leading and provision, help given at the right time can accomplish the impossible.
In 2021, 204 children and teens resided in our shelter homes.
Today we would like to thank everyone who has been in the field serving. There are more than 70 Mission Possible workers spreading the gospel in word and deed in our eastern European locations, and more than 300 volunteers alongside them.
A warm thank you to you, dear friends, who support this work! Even though you may not have met the broken ones we serve, you have seen their plight and responded with compassion.
And most of all, we thank God, who has given us the opportunity to participate in His work and to impact people’s lives.
