New Center for Mothers and Babies Opens in Russia!


August newsletterAugust newsletterAlapaevsk is Mission Possible´s new target city in central Russia. Encouraged with the excellent results in Asbest where we operate a rehabiltiation home for substance abusing mothers with babies, we launched another similar shelter to further help needy families.

Nina, now 19 years old, had been working as a slave in a coffee shop for nine years without pay and without days off. She ended up on the street with a newborn baby, without money, documents and means of survival. Through a divinely orchestrated appointment, her hopeless situation changed in a moment.

A Soup Kitchen That Proclaims the Good News


One of our six soup kitchens  in Bulgaria is in a town called Ihtiman where nearly 10,000 Muslim gypsies reside. The kitchen is in a newly renovated space in Ihtiman’s only Christian Church.

The soup is for children but the kitchen also reaches out to their families.

Little Boy Rescued to Our Home from a Windowless Basement

"I will stay here forever"

Sasha, a five-year-old boy from the streets of Odessa, had become an independent survivor who found food and shelter in harsh winter. Now in our shelter home he can be just a little child.

Saving just one child like Sasha would be a sufficient reason for this ministry - and there are many of them.

New Shelter Home Opens in Yekaterinburg, Russia


One of the highlights of 2009, MP's 35th anniversary year, was the opening of a shelter home in Yekaterinburg for homeless children and teen mothers from the street.

On the morning of the inauguration day, a baby was born to one of the teen girls in the home!

Preserving the Fruit

Yaroslavl, Russia:
A Farm and a Rehabilitation Center


Winter has come to the farm. But the yield – a record amount of potatoes, carrots, and beetroots – is safe in the storage bins.

We have 40 to 50 rehabilitants at a time. This past summer we baptized over 20 former drug addicts! Anya, a former heroin addict, was one of them.

A Grandchild is Born to our Ministry!


Former street children become parents


Lena and Roma were rescued from the street and drugs to our shelter home in Moscow.

They and the little Anastasya who was born in May are a living testimony of God’s ability to change impossible situations and to heal the broken.
